When will my order be received?
We aim to deliver within 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri).
Orders placed after 2pm (GMT) may take 1 day extra

UK Delivery Options
UK Delivery DHL or Royal Mail / £6 Fully tracked signed for service within 1-3 working days. You will receive an email / text message informing you of the estimated delivery date and time within a 1-hour window. If you are unable to sign for the delivery then there is the option to reschedule or leave with a neighbour. A calling card will be left to re-arrange if the delivery is unsuccessful.
Delivery Outside the United Kingdom
All international orders are dispatched with DHL or Royal Mail / £20 We deliver to most countries within 2 to 5 working days. All parcels require a signature and therefore cannot be delivered to a PO BOX.
Returned items are eligible for a refund once returned within 28 days in an unused condition in the original packaging with tags still attached, any product received in a non-sellable condition will not be refundable. Please include proof of purchase and a printed completed returns form that can be found on our help page including contact details.
We are not liable for the cost of returned goods, please use either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery making sure you have relevant cover for the value of the contents or a DHL or other associated delivery service. Please note returned goods must be well packaged as we do not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit.
If you wish to exchange your item and there is a difference in value to your originally purchased product we will contact you to arrange a refund or extra payment dependent on the value of the original item. Returns will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it can take up to seven days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
Sale or Clearance Items
We are unable to provide refunds on sale items (unless there is fault with the product). Sale products, however, are still eligible for an exchange or credit note of the purchase value.
If you live in a country outside the EU you may be asked to pay import duty on your
purchase. Unfortunately, these can vary greatly and we are unable to cover this. Please refer to your countries import duty provider for further instruction.
If you prevent delivery of the goods by, (for example) failing to supply the courier or your local customs office with necessary information, or failing to pay local customs, taxes or courier’s administration fees, your package will be returned to Make. A refund will be credited within 30 days, minus any additional delivery charges incurred for returning the product back to Make.
